Why are no lists showing in the excel add-in?

If you log in to your account in the Excel add-in and see the screen below then you likely have API access disabled.

Go to https://app.pipelinecrm.com/admin/#/api, enter a technical contact email and click Enable API Access to resolve the issue. If you do not have access to this page please contact your admin to make the change!
