Automations improve productivity by automating processes that require multiple touches, reducing the steps of traditional sales cycles. When you add a new lead, you can automatically create a series of tasks to streamline follow-up communications or automatically notify team members every time you close a deal or make changes to a profile.

Automations are part of the Grow plan. Admins can create automations for the account in Account Settings > Automations
