Goals are a great way for your business to set objectives for your team to meet. You can create goals for several objectives, including: (1) total money won by closing deals, (2) total number of deals closed, (3) total number of deals moved forward to a new deal stage, (4) total number of tasks completed, (5) total number of activities recorded and (6) total number of new deals created.
When you navigate to the Goals tab for the first time or when you are creating a new goal, you will navigate to the screen shown below.
Select your goal type by clicking on the link and you will be brought to the goal creation page. From the goal creation page, you can set the details of your goal, set a due date, name the goal and create a leaderboard.
You can view all of your goals when you navigate to the Goals tab. In the screenshot below, the leaderboard (1) displays users current progress towards achieving a goal. You can also look at individual (2), team (3) and company (4) goals from the Goals page.
