Account administrators can also upload shared files that are visible to everyone in the account in Account Settings (under either your avatar or initials) > Shared Files. On the files page, users can filter for shared files by clicking on the Shared column header and selecting 'Yes.'
To add a File to PipelineDeals, go to the Profile page of any Person, Deal or Company. Scroll to the bottom of the profile page and click the Upload File button (1). Files you’ve previously uploaded to this profile page can be viewed here as well (2), along with their file type, name, file size, when they were uploaded, and the option to delete them from the system. To download the file, simply click on the file name. Finally, you can sort the list of files on profile pages by clicking the header cells of the columns.
File Tags allow you to organize your files and more easily filter your list of files to just those that fit specific criteria. Any user can apply existing tags to a file, but keep in mind that only users with Administrator privileges will be able to create new tags. To apply a tag from a deal, company, or person profile page, simply click within the cell under "Tags" for the file you wish to apply a tag to and enter in the name of the tag you wish to apply. Autocomplete options will show for you based on the tags your account administrator has set up.
You can also add tags from the Files list view page in a similar manner by clicking in the appropriate cell under the "Tags" column and entering in the tag you wish to apply.
