Sending an Email Campaign
Sending mass emails to a predefined group is simple within the People and Deals tabs in PipelineDeals.
Once you've filtered for the people you want to email (check out our support article on filters if you need a refresher), follow these steps:
- Click the box in the upper-left corner of the table to select all records
- Choose “send campaign” from the bulk actions bar. If you've never sent a mass email and you have not yet set up your CAN-SPAM compliance address, you'll be prompted to enter a physical address for your company before you can send an email. REMINDER (You must sync your email in the Connect tab, in order to see Send Campaign.)
- Name the mass email. Note: If any of your recipients cannot be delivered to, you'll see a notification on this page.
- The next step is to draft your email, and send it off or schedule to send it at a future date.
As with sending individual emails within PipelineDeals, mass emails will be logged as an activity and you can elect to receive an alert when the email is opened, add a trackable link and attachment, and save the email as a template.
