Excel: Installation Guide
The PipelineDeals for Excel integration allows you to quickly import data from any of your saved filters in PipelineDeals. Each tab in Excel can support its own filter, allowing you to pull in various data to marry for robust reporting. Data is easily refreshed and even automatically refreshed when opening the file, so reports stay up to date. The Excel integration is not a bidirectional sync, it's just like an import. You can even share files with your team! The integration can only be used with Microsoft Office Excel versions 2010 and 2013 for the PC. If you're a Mac user or if you do not use these versions of Excel, try using our Google Sheets Integration instead.
To get started using the new integration, you need to download and run the executable file found in either My Profile (if you're a non-admin user) or in Account Settings (if you're an admin). Once the installation is complete, simply launch Excel and you will be prompted to put in your PipelineDeals credentials.
It’s important to note that you need to have Excel closed when running the installation, and that admins will need to allow users to use the plugin. We’ve included more in-depth instructions below.

Make sure Excel is closed before beginning the installation.
Your account administrator will need to enable the integration for the account before the plugin can be installed. They can do this by going to Account Settings (click on avatar or initials in the top right corner) > Integrations > Excel.
On the next page, the admin can enable the plugin for users in the account. Once the plugin is enabled for a user, they'll be able to download and use the plugin.
Non-admin users can download the integration going to My Profile (under the gear icon) > Microsoft Integration.
Once the download is complete, open it up and run the .exe file. It will take you to this screen. Follow the prompts to install the plugin.
Once the installation is complete press finish. You are now all set to open Excel.
When you open Excel you will be greeted with this login screen. It will ask you to put in your PipelineDeals credentials.
This next screen will follow and you just need to press “Ok”
You now have the integration installed and you are ready to start importing your data.
