Connect Inbox Setup
The PipelineDeals Connect Inbox for Accelerator is easy to set up. When you first log in to PipelineDeals without having your inbox set up, you'll see a bar prompting you to manage your inbox within PipelineDeals at the top of your Connect Inbox section, as pictured below:
When you click on the "Sync my email" button, you'll be asked which email provider you use. Be sure you set up your PipelineDeals email inbox with the correct service, as you cannot undo the sync without reaching out to our support line.
Next, you'll be asked by your email service provider to approve the connection. You may be asked to log in to your email service to make this confirmation.
After you've approved the connection, your emails for the past 60 days will automatically be synced to PipelineDeals. This historical sync can take some time, and so while that is being completed, you'll see the message below:
Once this sync has been completed, the past 60 days of emails to and from your contacts in PipelineDeals will automatically be imported and associated to the appropriate person (based on email address).
Supported Mail Providers
The PipelineDeals Connect Inbox supports Gmail as well as Microsoft Exchange (including Outlook, Office 365, Outlook.com, and ActiveSync). Microsoft Exchange emails do need to be cloud based however. Connect is not compatible with on site servers.
