What's the difference between Standard and Accelerator?
The Accelerator platform includes all the fantastic features of Standard and adds features which make marketing, communication, and sales easier. The primary additions relate to email communication, including Mass Email Campaigns, Trackable Email, email sync using the Connect Inbox, and more!
Mass Email - Combine the power of PipelineDeals' filtered list views with a robust mass emailing system to save yourself time while still sending targeted, personalized emails. Send mass email blasts in batches of up to 1,000, but keep it personal using merge tags that will automatically fill in the recipient's first name or company name. Use filters to target specific audiences based on criteria such as location, lead source, person tags, or custom fields.
Trackable Email - Ever wish you could know when potential customers were interested without having to ask them? With trackable emails, you can see when your recipient opens the email, clicks any trackable links, or opens any trackable attachments. All mass emails, scheduled emails, and emails from templates are automatically trackable as well.
Connect Inbox - The Connect Inbox streamlines your day by making communication an easy, trackable breeze. Keep track of the conversations you have with your leads and contacts without any need for forwarding, BCCing, or installing anything on your computer or browser. Add people who send you email to your PipelineDeals database quickly and easily, with some fields auto populated based on information in their email.
Email Insights - See how successful your marketing campaigns are with email insights. How many people opened the email, how many emails bounced, and how many unsubscribed? Find those answers along with lists to show who did what with our email insights page.
Scheduled Emails - Set emails to be sent out at a later point in time, whether it's hours, days, weeks, or even months into the future. Never forget to send a followup again by scheduling up your followup email before you even have your initial conversation. Changed your mind? You can always delete scheduled emails before they're sent.
Email Templates - Unify your messaging across your sales team and save precious time by setting up Email Templates.
Deal Intelligence Fields (NEW!) - Get insights into your deals by viewing Days in Stage, First Activity, Hours to First Activity, and Days since Last Activity from the Deals list view. See how many days a deal has spent in its current stage, helping you spot languishing deals more easily. Automations - Save time by automating repetitive tasks like sending notifications, adding tasks, or adding deals using Automations. Set up a trigger in your system and determine the reaction based on your team's needs. Learn more about setting up automations or see some examples of automations to get some ideas about how these can help speed along your sales process.
Unlimited Custom Fields - Track the data that your company needs without any limitations by using Custom Fields. Standard platform users get 25 custom fields each for People, Companies, and Deals for a total of 75 custom fields. Accelerator users, however, can enjoy unlimited custom fields across all three categories, freeing them to track any and all data that's specific to their company's process.
Can I upgrade just a few seats to Accelerator?
Because so many of the changes affect the whole account and not just a few seats, there is no way to turn on Accelerator for only a few seats of your account. Accelerator is an account-wide upgrade.
Why does Accelerator come at a different price point?
The additional features included with Accelerator require additional resources to support, both in terms of technological resources as well as time spent by our team working on these specific features. To get the robust features in PipelineDeals Accelerator using other platforms, you would not only need to use multiple different services, but you would in many cases wind up spending more to use those services individually than the cost of Accelerator.
How can I upgrade to Accelerator?
If you have admin privileges, you can upgrade at any time from your Payment & Billing page. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the difference between Accelerator and Standard pricing for the time between your upgrade and your next scheduled billing date. Then, on your next billing date, you'll be charged the normal Accelerator rate going forward.
