Is there a way to report on all deals closing in a certain month?
Yes! Depending on the month you are trying to filter, you can either use the simple sentence to filter by deal stage or use our advanced filtering and filter under the Expected Close column.
How can I generate a report with all contacts and their email addresses?
You can export all of your contacts with their email addresses from the People tab. To choose the columns you wish to include in your report, click 'Add/Remove Columns', then check the box next to each of the columns you wish to include in your report. If you want to export this report, select 'Export' and then either 'Export CSV' or 'Print or PDF'.
We have another sales division. Can we run multiple divisions (with individual reporting) within one PipelineDeals account?
While it would be possible to track the separate sales divisions in one account, it may be difficult to manage. You can use custom fields to indicate which data belongs in which division and filter and sort based on these fields. However, it would ultimately be easier to set up a second account so you can track the data in its own database.
How far back does the data appear in the Recent Updates section of the Reports tab.
Recent Updates section displays the past month of data.
How can I run a report showing the date of the last action or communication I completed?
You can do this in the Reports tab under Activity Reports. Select the down arrow next to Author and check off your name. Then you can select the down arrow next to Written On and press Sort Z->A.
What does the archived status mean and how can I locate archived deals?
Archiving deals will remove them from your report totals on the Deals and Report tabs. You can view them again by filtering on the "Archived" column, which you can choose from the Columns selector.
Can I have daily reports emailed to me?
The Morning Coffee Report details you and your team’s activity from the prior day. Morning coffee gets brewed at 4:00 AM local time every day. You can opt in to the Morning Coffee Report in My Profile > Notifications.
How can I see when a deal changed stage?
There are two ways to view the stage history:
1. On the deal profile page. In the Activities section, filter for the Activity Category called 'Deal.'
2. In the Activity Report. Filter for the deal(s) you wish to view, then filter in the Category column for 'Deal.' The Description column will show the stage change(s), and the Written On column will show the date and time of each change.
