How do I get my columns to stay?
We support saving filter, which will also hold your own column sections. You can even save a default filter to load when you first visit a list view. Learn more about setting up your filters here
What do the 'Sales Pipeline' and 'Filtered Total' mean?
The 'Sales Pipeline' reflects the total value amount for all deals in an active stage (an active stage is any stage that has a probability % that is not either 0% or 100%. This could also be known as won and lost deals, depending on if that has been customized in your account.). The 'Filtered Pipeline' reflects the value for all deals that fit with the filter you've applied.
How do I change my email address?
You can change your email address by going to My Profile (click your initials or picture on the top right portion of the screen) and then clicking the Email tab. Your primary email address will appear on the top of the screen. **Please note that you must use a unique email address. If you receive an error message that the email is already taken and need assistance, please call us at 866-702-7303 to assist you.
How do I change my password?
If you are logged into your account and you would like to change your password, please select your initials or picture on the top right portion of the screen > My Profile > Change password > Update your password.
Why am I not getting my email notifications?
You can control which reports you receive in My Profile. If you are still not receiving notifications, it is likely that there is a bounce record for your email address in our Mailserver. Please contact us to resolve it.
Why am I unable to delete a company in my account?
Only the account admin can delete companies. If you need to delete a company, please contact one of the admins on your account.
How can I set a commission rate?
Each user in the account can set their commission rate by going to My Profile (under your initals or image on the right portion of the screen) > Commission Rate. To see the commission amount for deals in your account, go to the Deals tab, then select Add/ Remove Columns > Other Fields > Commission.
Is it possible to set a European date format (date/month/year) instead of the default US format (month/date/year)?
Yes, you can change this information on your Profile page by clicking on the gear icon, selecting "My Profile", then "Date & Time" on the left-hand side. You can also change the time zone, time format, and how numbers export to CSV from this page.
I'm not an admin but I'd like to add a new user to the account.
Only admins can add or inactivate users on the account. However, you can request to add a new user from any company, person, or deal profile by clicking on the link that will notify admins on the account with your request.
