How do I update my credit card information?
Admins can update your credit card information in Account Settings under Payment & Billing.
Can I have some users on Grow and other users on the Start plan at the same time?
Because Develop and Grow includes account-wide features such as unlimited custom fields and automations, there is no way to make Connect only apply to a single user and not to all users on an account.
How can I view my invoices?
Admins can view invoices in Account Settings under Payment & Billing. All of your invoices will display at the bottom of the page. You can click the invoice number to view them.
I need to cancel my account but I would like to be able to have the option to turn it back on later. Will you save my data?
PipelineDeals stores your data for up to 180 days. If you anticipate needing to cancel for longer than 180 days, we recommend that you export your data to CSV.
How do I adjust the number of users we are paying for?
Admins can adjust the number of user licenses in Account Settings under Payment & Billing. Please note that you cannot reduce the number below your current number of users. If you need to reduce users, you will need to do that in the Users section before you adjust the number of user licenses.
